Applications will be avaliable at Hawthorne, Linden Park, Dora Erikson and Bush schools in Idaho Falls school district 91 How do I apply?
1. Applications can be picked up in the office at Hawthorne, Linden Park, Dora Erickson and Bush schools in Idaho Falls.
2.Once you have filled out your application please leave it at the office.
3.After all applications have been received the board will review the applications and notify potential participants and schedule a personal interview with the student and their legal guardian.
4.Students who have been accepted into the program will next be required to sign a consent form and lessons will be scheduled and violins will be loaned out.
